EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

This extra virgin olive oil comes from olives grown near Malcesine on Lake Garda where climate, type of olive, terrain and the wisdom of traditions give us superb and highly appreciated olive oil.

The production regulations, approved by the European Economic Community, guarantee the origin and the quality of this product.

Its specific charateristics are:
- Maximum total acidity: equal to or less than 0,6 g/100
- Peroxides: equal to or less than 14 Meg02/Kg.
- Oleic Acid: greater than or equal to 74%

The "D.O.P. " GARDA protected origin brand guarantees that product, before it is packaged, has passed all the chemical, physical and organoleptic tests in official tests labs.
